Zeolite molecular sieves exhibit versatility in various oxygen generation technologies, contributing significantly to Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen generation, Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) oxygen generation and cryogenic air separation.

In PSA and VPSA oxygen generation, zeolite molecular sieve is key material to separate oxygen and nitrogen. Because it has much higher adsorption capacity of oxygen molecule than nitrogen molecule in high pressure condition, the nitrogen can be screen out and get high purity oxygen. Since the argon cannot be adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve, theoretically the maximum oxygen purity can only be reached no more than 96%.

By cryogenic air separation method, the oxygen is separated due to oxygen has a higher boiling point than nitrogen in low temperature. The nitrogen will vaporize first at lower temperatures, while oxygen is more easily condensed. Through multiple stages of distillation towers and fractional distillation processes, the purity of oxygen can be continuously reach above 99.5%.

VPSA is workable can more economic  method. 

Lithium type oxygen molecular sieve XY-LX is the right material for this purpose. 

Oxygen Purity<96%, <300 Nm3/hour oxygen capacity can meet your requirement.

 PSA is workable and more economic method. 

Sodium type oxygen molecular sieve XY-XY is the right material for this purpose. 

Oxygen Purity93±3%, oxygen capacity 5- 10 LPM.
